It is your private pool, surrounded by natural grass and fantastic views of the Mediterranean.

From inside the house you have direct access to the terraces on the first floor, from the living room, from the kitchen, these are located at the entrance of the house on the same floor, and on the second floor, it will also be surrounded by terraces. that run through all the rooms and the back of the house, this route being through the garden.

We will walk together from your arrival to the Villa, reviewing the itinerary, we find a large gate that invites us to enter a very private area that will be your home for as long as you and your family need to stay there. Once we have entered the property, we have a small ramp that will take us to the garage where we can comfortably store two vehicles. We can enter the house from the garage through an internal access staircase, or from the outside, on both sides. We will climb some stairs until we reach its interior. The villa is made up of two floors with an internal staircase that connects both living floors.

On the main floor we find the entrance to the house and an open hall space, a large living room with two levels and a stone fireplace with beautiful views of the sea and with access to the exterior through the terraces with two different spaces with wooden armchairs where rest or chat, and another corner section with a space for a wooden table and chairs, which differentiates the two outdoor terrace spaces. The spacious double-level living room allows you to enjoy it, creating two differentiated spaces between them if desired. From this point we access a panoramic dining room where we can enjoy lunch and dinner with the family, creating a very pleasant space to share; This room communicates with the kitchen, which maintains very original details that make it create a pleasant, comfortable and very practical environment. From the kitchen, we have two direct accesses that lead us to the living room and the terrace, which At the same time it communicates with the entire exterior and its splendid pool. From the kitchen we can also access the laundry room and a guest toilet.
