It has a dining room with Wi-Fi service, an independent kitchen with all services, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large balcony with sea views. Its interior is spacious and bright with parquet floors and modern decoration with air conditioning in the living room to alleviate the hot summer days. Another of its greatest charms is its location, since it is only 150 meters from the beach and very close to one of the main shopping and restaurant streets where you can enjoy gastronomy and leisure. Undoubtedly a good choice to spend magnificent holidays with family or friends in a tourist area of the coast such as the town of Calella.
Calella, known as the tourist capital of the Costa del Maresme, characterized by being a cosmopolitan and cheerful city with a Mediterranean weather. The urban layout, with a massive shopping area where you can do your shopping, take a walk… beautiful green places that make Calella one of the most important tourist destinations in the country. Being 50km away from Barcelona and Girona, its geographical situation and its communication itinerarys are one of the most important factors for doing all kinds of tours and activities. Calella is an ideal place to practice sports all year as it has a very pleasant weather and magnificent sports facilities: football, basketball, athletics, handball, swimming with an outdoor swimming pool competition, tennis, nautical activities... facilitating the practice of all kinds of sports, being the city where the Ironman is held.

1-Direct entrance to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.
2 -Entrance outside these hours, the additional cost depends on the arrival time.
- The reservation includes the service of towels, sheets and cleaning (mandatory).
-Payment of the tourist tax is obligatory: €1.10 per night and per person, a maximum of 7 nights.
-Groups of young people under 25 years old and pets are not allowed in this property
-No smoking

Es acogedor y tiene lo justo y necesario para estar esos días de vacaciones.

Si quieres un poco de jaleo por la noche, el piso está ubicado en lo más céntrico de Calella. Justo en frente de la Riera para poder ir a la playa. Se escucha todo lo que pasa, aunque también digo que las ventanas a mi parecer tienen algo de insonorisee more

Había un plato roto desde que llegué y avisé a los de la inmobiliaria para que lo supieran. La tele no iba del todo bien. El cable de TDT está medio roto y la señal era muy pobre. Iba y venía.
