One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is its magnificent location, since it is located just 50 meters from the beach and very close to all services. Pineda de Mar is certified with the family tourism destination brand, which makes it an ideal place to spend an unforgettable vacation in a quiet environment. The wide and long beach of Pineda de Mar offers a wide variety of cafes, terraces and restaurants where you can taste a wide range of Mediterranean food. In addition, the area has numerous green squares and children's games, making it a privileged area to enjoy your family vacation.
To facilitate your travel, Pineda de Mar has a train station that runs along the entire Costa del Maresme, which is very convenient if you do not want to use your vehicle. It also has a tourist train that will allow you to take a pleasant trip throughout the town and its surroundings.
Keys will be handed over to the following address: Passeig Marítim corner Carrer Àngel Guimerà, 1, Pineda de Mar 08397, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory, being €1.1/person/night, with a maximum of 7 nights. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the reservation. It is worth mentioning that groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed, nor are pets allowed.
CHECK-IN Information Service: Home Holidays Rentals would like to facilitate your arrival outside of scheduled office hours for the delivery of the keys to your holiday home. We offer you the following options:
Direct entry to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.
Check-in outside these hours: Additional cost depends on arrival time.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Pets not allowed.
