For your comfort and peace of mind they have a garage in the same building with capacity for 1 vehicle. Its location is another of its greatest charms since it is located in the center of town where you can have walking access to all services and only 500 meters from the beach. Without a doubt, a great choice to spend wonderful family vacations.
Pineda de Mar is certified with the family tourism destination brand, ideal for spending unforgettable vacations in a quiet environment. Its wide and long beach offers a wide variety of cafeterias, terraces and restaurants where you can taste the wide variety of Mediterranean food. They have a large number of green squares and children's games that make a privileged nucleus to enjoy your family vacations. Pineda de Mar has a train station that circulates throughout the Costa del Maresme, facilitating travel in case you do not want to use your vehicle. It also has a tourist train that can take you on a nice trip around the town of Pineda de Mar and its surroundings.

- Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory: € 1.10 per night and per person, for a maximum of 7 nights.
- The reservation includes the service of towels, sheets and cleaning (mandatory).
- Groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed.
- Unauthorized animals.
- No smoking in the accommodation.
