With an incredible location just 20 meters from the beach, this apartment has a private terrace where you can contemplate the spectacular views of the sea and the community pool. In addition to the pool, guests have access to a tennis court, a children's play area, and an adjacent picnic area, all within the complex.
The apartment is elegantly decorated and fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. It has rear living spaces as well as a sleeper sofa in the bright living room. With its elevator, the building ensures the comfort of guests at all times.

Dear customer, Home Holidays Rentals wants to facilitate the scheduling of office hours for the delivery of the keys to your holiday home. We offer the following options:
1 - Direct entry upon delivery: A member of our team will enter the keys directly upon arrival. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.
2 - Enter this time, the additional cost depends on the delivery time.
- The tourist tax is mandatory: €1 per night and per person, for a maximum of 7 nights.
- The reservation includes the service of towels, sheets and cleaning (obligatory).
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Unauthorized under 25s.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
